ABOUT US

Originally the Virginia Laundry Company (circa 1915), this historic building was made to last using nothing but solid masonry and concrete.  Beginning in the summer of 2018, the building was transformed into 23 one-bedroom and 6 two-bedroom apartments. The apartments feature stained cherry cabinets, quartz countertops, exposed interior brick walls, concrete ceilings, giant steel windows, exposed spiral ductwork, stained concrete floors, white oak hardwood floors and include a washer and dryer in every unit.  A fitness room and bicycle storage room are available 24/7 to all residents. The building has on-site parking, controlled access, security cameras, site lighting and free building wide WiFi.

Luxury Finishes

All apartments will include quartz counter tops, black stainless steel appliances, high end fixtures and tile. All our lofts will have beautiful hardwood floors and each apartment has a washer and dryer!

Inside, apartments will feature huge windows, exposed brick, and many unique architectural features. Clear story windows line the roof and provide natural light throughout the building.

Whether you enjoy great food, music, hiking or biking, or taking your dog for a walk, this is the spot for you.  Immerse yourself into the thriving downtown culture, everything is a nice walk or a short bike ride away.

Safety

Security cameras will cover all entrances and parking areas.  We are also within 5 blocks of the Lynchburg Police and Fire Departments.

Digital Access

We know what it’s like when you wish you had a third hand. We’ve integrated digital key fobs and remote access to make entering the building secure, but super easy for yourself and guests. Each apartment has a digital keypad, so losing your keys is a thing of the past.

Parking

Parking downtown can be a little rough sometimes. We have two parking lots on the property that will be available and offered during leasing. There is also street parking surrounding the building and available to all.

Bike Parking

With so much to do within biking distance, including the Black Water Creek Trail systems, having a bike is a must. We’ve designed a bike storage room inside the building in a convenient location so your bike can be kept safe and out of the elements.

On Site Gym
